For its 30th anniversary, the International Garden Festival is decking itself out in lights and music. Garden lighting has been created using environmentally friendly low-energy-consumption electroluminescent diodes and solar energy lighting systems.
To round off this dreamlike setting, film music merges the art of gardens with the 7th art, carrying visitors off in its wake and leaving each of them free to conjure up "their own movies".
