Launched in 2008, the triennial commissions of the Centre-Val de Loire Region for the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire foster a dialogue between heritage and contemporary art.
With them, a visit to the Estate is enriched by the discovery of a cross-cutting exhibition, designed by a living artist of international standing.
The works created specifically for the Estate trace a visitor route, often even going so far as to take over new spaces, little known to the public and previously inaccessible.
